 Thanks from Siobhan.I have recently returned from Delhi, India, where I carried out work as a voluntary physiotherapist in partnership with University College Dublin Volunteers Overseas (UCDVO). I was able to do this, in large part, with the massive help of the charity table quiz held in Na Gaeil clubhouse in January 2012 as part of my fundraising efforts. I was generously supported by the Na Gaeil community on the night and for that I am extremely grateful. I wish to let all of you know that your financial support was put to good use during the voluntary work that I carried out. It aided UCDVO to purchase physiotherapy equipment for the inhabitants of the men’s homeless shelter in which I worked such as walking frames, walking sticks and exercise equipment. I had an unforgettable experience volunteering in India and I wish to extend my sincere gratitude to all of you who supported me.
